IITians build unique affordable solar Circuit Diagram TERI demonstrated an off-grid solar-powered cold room system with a capacity of 5 Metric tons (MT), which operates using a 5kWp solar photovoltaic (PV) system. This system charges during daylight hours and maintains a cool environment in the cold room for 24 hours, without relying on batteries, diesel, or conventional energy sources.
